Hands down, she seems like a callous lady who is seriously abusing the legal system. Trying to palm off blame of the finger to Wendy's should nail down some serious jail-time for her.
Here's a tip: Toe the working-class line and stop trying to grab at a lottery windfall via fraudulent lawsuits. Knuckle-down and earn your scratch. Quit thumbing your nose at our legal system or go to jail.
