al-Zarqawi is a Punk Bitch Who Won't Fight Because He Knows He'd Get 'Owned'

Make no mistake about it, whether or not you approve of the war in Iraq, the US wasn't willing to make women and children simply collateral damage. We knew that schools and hospitals were being used as arms stores and planning stations but we didn't carpet bomb them. We knew soldiers were hiding in civilian centers but we didn't wipe everyone there out. Our message was clear: Go about your business and we will try to help you, pick up a gun and we will kill you.

Not so for our Iraqi terrorist friends, according to CNN. I'm not shocked to find that "killing of infidels by any method including martyrdom operations has been sanctified by many scholars even if it meant killing innocent Muslims."

I don't know the Quran. Never read it. I doubt very seriously that I ever will. But, just like Mien Kampf, the actions of the people that espouse its teaching says volumes about its beliefs. While I don't doubt the sincerity of the "happy Muslims" I see in the news swearing that Islam is a peaceful religion, I can't ignore that they have a lot of fellow believers that differ with their point of view to the degree that they are willing to kill their own people in the name of getting a few of "us." I'm sorry, but my opinion of Islam will always be jaded by the riots that killed people over the "alleged" flushing, the beheading of innocent workers, the beatings, rapes and gassings of Kurds and the blind hate toward Israel. Your religion may be peaceful, but your religion also produces more atrocities than any other religion today seems to , just ask the people of Darfur.

Whether or not America wants to accept it, the war on terror is a religious war. If it wasn't then why aren't we kicking the IRA's ass in England? Why aren't we whipping rockets and missiles on the Chechnyian Sepratists? Simple - they aren't the Muslim psychos that flew planes into building on our soil.

There is one thing in this story, besides the obvious disregard for Muslim life, much less human life, expressed in al-Zarqawi's address that makes me issue a Rob standard issue "WTF?" That is, why does CNN call them insurgents and not terrorists? The dictionary calls an insurgent "a person who rises in revolt against civil authority or an established government." To be in a revolt, don't you have to be under that authority? I think the definition that better fits belongs to this description: "a radical who employs terror as a political weapon; usually organizes with other terrorists in small cells; often uses religion as a cover for terrorist activities." That is the definition of a terrorist. An insurgent fights the government power to make a change, a terrorist blows up school children and calls it a military victory. Al Zarqawi is a punk bitch who doesn't even hold enough conviction in his supposed beliefs to blow himself up. CNN, the definition for that description is "coward."
