Ace: It's the right thing to do. It's the right monument for those who perished. And it's the right way to say a hearty "Go Fuck Yourselves And Die Slowly" to the mass-murderers and their allies.Ding ding ding!! I've always wondered why the idea of rebuilding the original towers wasn't more apparent. I share the sentiment that the other designs offered just didn't cut it. However, I felt that whatever New Yorkers finally decided on was good enough for me. Now, hopefully, Donald Trump can convince NYC that the original buildings, taller and better with parallel memorials for the originals is an outstanding idea.
