When... Hezzbollah breaks the cease fire, and they will, Isreal has the official green light to pound them into oblivion. Hezzbollah doe not have either the cohesive chain of command nor the command structure to restrain it's forces. For that reason, it is just a matter of time. The fact that they would not disarm won't ever come into it. In this staring match, they are unable to match Isreal's force disipline in the process of negotiation. So, when they snap, Israel will be able to pick right back up and it will be appearent that there is no such thing as a "sustainable cease fire" with this particular terrorist group.
