Race for the Cure II - New Goal $1000

As mentioned yesterday, and repeated throughout the day, I'll be participating in the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation's Dallas Race for the Cure on while on R&R in October. The date for the Race for the Cure is October 21. I am looking for your support in this effort. A donation from you will push me closer to my current $1000 fundraising goal. Can your donations push even higher than that and cause me to raise my goal to $2000 in the next few days? It's been a little more than 24 hours since I posted the first entry requesting your support for the cause, and several of you have come forth with your very generous donations.
