That's the "Hockey Stick Graph." If you've been keeping up, even somewhat, with the global warming debate over the past decade or less, you've seen or heard of it. Al Gore used it to tell us we have less than 10 years to live. The UN and countless other governments (including ours now) have used it to suggest massive taxation and regulation of developed nations.
