A poem on Brittany Spears by Cindy

Oh, Brittany Spears
You bring me to tears
When Debbie Gibson faded
All of us were jaded
Thought we were finally free
Of blondes with brains empty
But, alas here you are
Filling the air in my car
With your moans and squeaks
Pleasing all the geeks
But making me wish I owned an oozie
So I could blow up, you damn floozie!

On "Girl's Nights out:
"99% of girl's nights out end up with the girls who are betrothed to a man, becoming disgusted with the guys in the bars and their friends behavior, making them wish they were home with their man. So, girl's nights out are actually reaffirming for relationships!

On marriage:
"The perks to getting married are: greater credit approval, lower insurance rates, tax benefits, inheritance rules, et. Financially, being married is a much better deal;
romantically, I think it's a bit of a burden. Besides, not being married, reminds you that you could lose the person any minute. I think it makes people appreciate their love even more."
Cindy also had a great love for astronomy. To honor this her family added her name to a list on mini-DVD disks traveling aboard the Mars Exploration Rover landers. You can see the certificates for this here. Out of respect for her kindred spirit, and love of space, I've added her name to NASA's Dawn Mission which is being launched to characterize the conditions and processes of the solar system's earliest epoch by investigating in detail two of the largest protoplanets remaining intact since their formations.

You can add you name to the mission here.

Here is her certificate for the Dawn Mission

I feel lucky to have been given her name to honor as part of the 2,996 blog event. Please go there and look at the pages of others who lost thier lives that day and remember.

Remember what was taken.
Remember those who were lost.
Remember, and don't ever forget.
